In this capacity, Mr. Riggs works in close partnership with scores of organizations that contribute to the financing of many affordable housing loans – which include State, City and not-for profit organizations.

Mr. Riggs joined CPC in 2000 as a Mortgage Officer for the Brooklyn Region, where he originated $250 million in financing for affordable housing. In 2006, Mr. Riggs opened a new CPC office in Trenton. He returned to CPC as Brooklyn's Regional Director in 2008.

Prior to CPC, Mr. Riggs spent four years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York analyzing strategies for private lending and investment in urban communities.

Mr. Riggs holds an M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a B.A. in Architecture from Princeton University. He is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, the father of twin girls and a native of Louisville, Kentucky.
