CPC’s Buffalo, Niagara Peninsula, and the Southern Tier office recently closed on a $506,400 permanent loan for the refinancing of eight properties, which total 16 rental units.
The structures are located at 44 Woodside Avenue, 50 Edson Street, 81 Mariemont, 152 Altruria Street, 172 Altruria Street, 453 S. Ogden Street, 2003 Seneca Street in Buffalo and 35 Willow Street in Lackawanna, New York.
All of the properties are 100% occupied and are located in neighborhoods that are between 68.06% and 96.61% of HUD’s 2006 Median Family Income, with most households qualifying as low to moderate.
CPC’s funding of this loan continues the mission of stabilizing, strengthening and sustaining the neighborhoods throughout the City of Buffalo and the City of Lackawanna.
