Instructions

After downloading the Freddie Mac Loan Application, you will:

1. Fill out the Loan Application on your computer.
2. Save your completed Loan Application on your computer, by clicking on the "Save a copy" button.
3. Print out a copy of your completed Loan Application.
4. Fax your completed Loan Application to the CPC office that handles the area in which your property is located. Mark it, "Attention - Loan Application Officer". See fax numbers on the top of the Loan Application form.
