Instructions

After downloading the CPC Loan Application, you will:

  1. Print out the application to fill out.
  2. Fax your completed Loan Application to the CPC office that handles the area in which your property is located. Mark it, "Attention - Loan Application Officer". See fax numbers on the top of the Loan Application form.
